Who we are

Our story is one of love for the land and the work that creates something real

We are Del Campo, a small family farm located near Rovinj — one of the most beautiful towns on the Istrian coast in Croatia. Our olive grove covers about two hectares and includes 226 trees of the local varieties rošulja, buža, leccino, and frantoio.
Since 2016, Andrey Skvortsov has personally cared for every tree and every olive. Each harvest is the result of shared effort — family and friends working together year after year, picking the olives by hand and with the help of light mechanical tools.
Our trees, now over twenty years old, thank us with a stable flavor profile and rich aroma. In 2025, we harvested 4 tons of olives — the best result in the history of our farm — which yielded about 500 liters of pure, first-class, eco-friendly olive oil.
We do not strive to be big — we strive to be true to ourselves.
And if you can feel a part of this warmth in our oil, then we know we are doing everything right.

Natural purity and respect for every olive


We carefully preserve everything that makes our olive oil truly special:

— We grow olives without synthetic fertilizers or GMOs.

— We use gentle manual and mechanical harvesting methods that do not harm the trees and keep them healthy for years to come.

— We harvest at the precise stage of ripeness when the olives reach the optimal balance of flavor and aroma.

— We ensure first cold pressing immediately after picking — a careful process that preserves the natural freshness and benefits of the oil.

— Our blend is crafted from local varieties — rošulja, buža, leccino, and frantoio — which gives the oil its unique and aromatic character.

— We maintain a storage temperature of 18−24°C, helping the oil retain its freshness and full-bodied flavor.

Del Campo Extra Virgin Olive Oil combines four olive varieties — rošulja, buža, leccino, and frantoio — to achieve a balanced flavor and the unmistakable aroma of Istria.

The oil has a vivid golden-yellow color and a refined aroma of artichoke, wild chicory, mint, and rosemary. Its taste is a harmony of softness and depth, a slight bitterness, noble spiciness, and a delicate almond note in the finish.

Our Olive Oil perfectly enhances:

• artichoke appetizers

• burrata with anchovies

• salmon carpaccio

• tomato salads

• vegetable pasta

• roasted potatoes

• mussels and other seafood

• stewed cuttlefish and roasted rabbit

• sheep and goat cheeses

The product is sold individually — each bottle contains 500 ml

Storage and usage recommendations:
Store the oil in a dark place at room tempriture and use within two years from the harvest.

Awards
In 2024, we decided for the first time to participate in an international competition to understand whether we were moving in the right direction.
Our efforts were not in vain.
For two consecutive years, Del Campo Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been awarded by Flos Olei — one of the most prestigious international guides dedicated to the world’s best extra virgin olive oils.
For us, this is more than recognition. It is a confirmation that every tree, every olive, and every drop of our oil carries the love and care with which we create it.
